The list of winners of the 9th Dong Biwu Award for Achievement of Young Jurist was officially announced on December 28th, 2021. Professor Li Honglei, deputy director of CASS Law Institute, won the special prize of the 9th Dong Biwu Award for Achievement of Young Jurist for his paper "Promoting the Modernization of State Governance System and Capacity on the Track of Rule of Law". The special prize was established for the first time this year. Mr. Li Guangde, an assistant research fellow of CASS Law Institute, won the first prize for his paper "Theoretical Coordinates and Institutional Construction of Public Health Rule of Law in China", and Mr. Dou Haiyang, an associate research fellow at CASS Law Institute, won the second prize for his paper "Liability for Environmental Pollution and Ecological Destruction".
