Abstract: Discourse is an observable way to reflect values and thoughts. Major country diplomacy is inseparable from international law, and the primary value of international law is order. Against the current historical background, it is of great significance to investigate and study the value connotation of the international law order contained in the expressions of Chinese diplomatic discourses. The "Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence" and "Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind" are the basic discourses that China has adhered to for a long time in diplomacy, and part of the Chinese discourse system of the international rule of law. The development from the "Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence" to "Building a Community with a Shared Future for Mankind" is a process of evolution of China's positions and values in the practice of foreign exchanges and a process of creatively applying international law to the solution of problems and gradually expanding its influence in the international community against different historical backgrounds.
