Professor Mo Jihong, Director of CASS Institute of International Law, attended the Tenth International Congress of Comparative Law on December 5, 2020. This year’s congress, sponsored by the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation, was held online and took ”new constitutional ideas and the construction of anti-corruption mechanism” as its theme. At the congress, Professor Mo gave a keynote speech entitled “the constitutional values in the financial supervision legal system”. In the past several years, over 20 scholars of CASS Law Institute and CASS Institute of International Law have attended the International Congress of Comparative Law, which has strengthened the academic exchange and cooperation between the Institute of Legislation and Comparative Law under the Government of the Russian Federation and the two CASS institutes.
