Dear Vice President Gao Peiyong, Deputy Director Xu Anbiao, Vice President Yang Wanming, Ms. Zhang Yuejiao, President Sung Nak In and Chinese and foreign guests, leaders, experts, colleagues, classmates, friends, good morning, everyone:

First of all, on behalf of the Institute of International Law of  Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the guests present at the International Symposium on the 10th Anniversary of the Institute of International Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

As a young research institute that is growing up, every growth and every progress of the International Law Institute cannot be separated from everyone's concern and love. It is with the dedication and care of all the guests that today we all can come together to celebrate the grand event; to send away the ever-growing past of the International Law Institute and usher in the brilliant future of the International Law Institute.

Secondly, on behalf of all the in-service researchers of the Institute of International Law, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all the academic predecessors who have created the cause of international law research in New China, and the old leaders and old colleagues of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Center for International Law Studies of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and the Institute of International Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences who have made a great contribution to the creation, growth and expanding of the International Law Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

It is precisely because of your hard work and unremitting efforts that we have today's energetic and vigorous Institute of International Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. The predecessors planted trees and the descendants enjoyed the cold. On behalf of all the colleagues in the Institute of International Law, I would like to express my deep gratitude and lofty salute to you.

Thirdly, as a legal researcher, I want to thank this glorious and splendid era belonging to us. It is the dream of the rise of a great power that ignites the academic ideals in our hearts. It is the great goal and sacred mission of building a community of shared future for mankind that makes us feel this heavy historical and social responsibility as an international jurisprudence researcher. Don't forget your heart, remember your mission. Looking forward to the future, my colleagues and I are full of confidence and enthusiasm. Through the hard work of our generation of international jurists, we must make the Institute of International Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences a first-class , world-renowned academic center for international law research in China, a strong position of Marxist international law, and a think tank to promote the implementation of the diplomatic strategy of a big country, a training base for educating foreign law-related legal talents needed by the global legal service community, and the advocate, practitioner and communicator of the idea of exploring a path of rule of law for building a community of shared future for mankind.

For the earth full of good hopes and countless dreams we live in, for the international legal order with peace and development as the main quality that all of us love, for our families, rights, careers, nations and the states, let us hold everyone's hand tightly, eliminate all kinds of ignorance, differences and misunderstandings, based on mutual understanding and mutual trust in the process of viewpoint collision, ideological confrontation and value game, conscientiously, prudently, diligently and unremittingly build a unique human civilization owned by our planet, let the rational radiance of the rule of law spirit be with the sun and the moon, and let the great ideals and great goals of a community of shared future for mankind accompany our growing day. The future of mankind will always belong to everyone who has the rational spirit with the same great compassion, unity and mutual assistance, understanding the others and self-respecting ,and belong to a real capitalized people, free man and noble person who loves peace, loves life, loves justice.

Finally, on behalf of the Institute of International Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, I once again thank each guest present at the meeting today. Thank you all.
