The second session of the National Law Forum, sponsored by CASS Institute of International Law, organized by the National Law Department of CASS Institute of International Law, was held in Beijing on November 8, 2023.

At the opening ceremony, presided over by Associate Professor Mao Xiaofei, deputy head of the National Law Department of CASS Institute of International Law, an opening speech was given by Professor Liu Xiaomei, head of Research Coordination and International Cooperation Department of CASS Institute of International Law. 

At the seminar, which took "the Rise and Path Exploration of National Law Studies" as it theme and was divided into two units, participants gave presentations and carried out discussions on various issues around the topics of "Basic Theories of National Law Studies" and "Exploring the Path of National Law Studies".

At the closing ceremony, presided over by Ren Hongda, an assistant research fellow at CASS Institute of International Law, concluding remarks were made by Professor Mo Jihong, director of CASS Institute of Law.
