The fourth session of the lecture series “Shatan Youth Forum "The Rule of Law and Chinese-style Modernization", sponsored by CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law, was successfully held on April 9, 2024. In this session, a lecture entitled “Medical Security Legislation from the Perspective of Cooperative Governance" was given by Dr. Li Guangde, an associate research fellow at the Jurisprudence Department of CASS Institute of Law.

In the lecture, presided over by Professor Liu Xiaomei, head of the Research Coordination and International Cooperation Department of the Institute of International Law, and attended by more than 40 young researchers from CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law, Dr. Li Guangde discussed such issues as the relationship between law and policy, the application of actionable legislation in China, and the role of legal means in the health governance system.
