The Seminar on the Selection of Topics for the Analysis of Key Cases, sponsored by the Editorial Board of Chinese Review of International Law, was held in Beijing on the afternoon of April 11, 2024. At the seminar, presided over by Professor Qu Xiangfei, Director of the Editorial Board of Chinese Review of International Law, presentations were given by Professor Zhu Lijiang from the School of International Law of China University of Political Science and Law, Associate Professor Song Yan from the Department of International Law of China Foreign Affairs University, Dr. Liu Yang from the School of Law of Renmin University of China, Lecturer Liu Yang from the School of International Law of East China University of Political Science and Law, and Mr. Cao Yue, a doctoral candidate at the Faculty of Law of Oxford University. In the presentations, they discussed the selection criteria of international law cases, the ways and means of conducting research, and the mode of presentation of research results from different aspects and angles.
Professor Mo Jihong, Director of CASS Institute of Law and Editor-in-Chief of Chinese Review of International Law, delivered an opening speech at the seminar. The seminar was also attended by Professor Li Qingming, Professor Hao Luyi, Associate Professor Sun Nanxiang, Associate Professor He Tiantian, Assistant Professor Tan Guanfu, Assistant Professor Lin Qiang, Assistant Professor Wang Huiru, Assistant Professor Shen Qian and some students from the Law School of the University of CASS.
