The fourth session of the Innovation Forum of CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law in 2024 was held in Beijing on May 28, 2024. At this session, Dr. Liu Canhua, an assistant research fellow at CASS Institute of Law, gave an academic lecture titled "Important Issues of the United Nations Cyber-crime Convention (Draft) and China's Approach". The lecture was presided over by Professor Zhou Hui, deputy head of the Cyber and Information Law Department of CASS Institute of Law, and attended by more than 40 researchers from CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law as well as graduate students from the University of CASS. The forum was sponsored by CASS Institute of Law and organized by the project team "Building a Powerful Cyber Country and Innovating the Rule of Law on the Internet".
