The Advanced Training Course on Practical Analysis of Key and Difficult Issues in the Newly-revised Chinese Company Law and Judicial Interpretations of the General Principles of Contracts Law in the Chinese Civil Code was successfully held at CASS Institute of Law from July 25 to 28, 2024.

The training course, which lasted for four days, was attended online or offline by judicial practitioners, corporate legal personnel, lawyers, college and university teachers and other teaching and researching personnel from all over the country. Divided into seven sessions, it mainly focused on the difficult and key issues in the newly revised Company Law and Judicial Interpretations of General Principles of Contract Compilation, typical cases of corporate and contract disputes, approaches to judicial adjudication in complex cases, and issues that should be paid attention to in the application of the newly-revised Chinese Company law and the Book on Contract in the Chinese Civil Code. Famous experts and scholars were invited to give lectures on relevant topics. After the course, the participants all agreed that they had benefited a lot from the training course, which broadened their horizons, updated their knowledge, improved their skills, and deepened their understanding of the theory and practice of company law and contract law.
