The 2024 Annual Conference of the Constitutional Law Society of the China Law Society was successfully held in Hangzhou on October 26-27, 2024. The Conference, which took "Seventy Years of Development of the Constitution of New China", was sponsored by the Constitutional Law Society of China Law Society, organized by the Law School of Zhejiang University of Technology with the support of the Historical Materials Exhibition Hall of the May 4th Constitution, and attended by more than 300 experts and scholars from universities, research institutes and practical departments across the country.

At the opening ceremony, presided over by Professor Mo Jihong, a member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, director of CASS Institute of Law, dean of the Law School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and an executive vice chairman of the Constitutional Law Society of China Law Society, speeches were given by Professor Zhang Wenxian, Director of the Academic Committee of China Law Society, Professor Zheng Shuna, vice chair of China Law Society and chair of the Constitutional Law Society of China Law Society, Professor Xu Jie, full-time vice chairman of Zhejiang Law Society, and Professor Hu Jun, vice president and of Zhejiang University of Technology. The annual conference consisted of two plenary sessions and three sub-forums.

During the conference, the Standing Council meeting and the Council meeting of the Research Association were held, the 11th Outstanding Scientific Research Achievement Awards for Young and Middle-aged Constitutional Scholars were awarded, and the outstanding papers of the conference were selected.
