The Seminar on "Further Comprehensively Deepening Reforms and Implementation of the Anti-monopoly Law" was held in Beijing on January 10, 2025. The seminar was sponsored by Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and attended by more than 40 experts and scholars from the Supreme People's Court, State Administration of Market Supervision, Party School of the CPC Central Committee (National Academy of Governance), China Law Society, Beijing Municipal Market Supervision Administration, Tianjin Municipal Market Supervision Commission, Hebei Municipal Market Supervision Administration, Guangdong Municipal Market Supervision Administration, Fujian Municipal Market Supervision Administration, Liaoning Municipal Market Supervision Administration, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, University of International Business and Economics, Shanghai Jiaotong University, and Nankai University.

The seminar was divided into four units, in which participants gave presentations and carried out discussions around such topics as “the basic status of competition policy and its legal guarantee”, “effective supervision and construction and improvement of safe harbor rules”, “implementation of anti-monopoly law and construction of business environment”, “development of new productive forces and competition management”, and "improvement of safe harbor rules for vertical monopoly agreements".
