The Seminar on "Development of End Device Artificial Intelligence Industry and Related Security Management", sponsored by the Institute of Law of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, was held in Beijing on March 16th, 2025. At the seminar, Dr. Zhou Hui, leader of the incubation project team on the "Artificial Intelligence Security Management " of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and deputy head of the Cyber and Information Law Department of the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, released the "Research Report on the Development and Management of End Device Artificial Intelligence". After the release of the report, the participants of the seminar carried out discussion on the report and reached a consensus that China should speed up the review of the industry, technology and legal regulation of end device artificial intelligence, gain a comprehensive insight into the development trend in this emerging field, and further grasp the market structure, application scenarios and development trends by analyzing the current situation of the industry, and put forward targeted suggestions on improving national legislation and government supervision and promoting the innovative compliance in the industry.
