The first Forum on the Rule of Law in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area was successfully held in Qianhai, Shenzhen on July 4, 2025.

The forum is jointly sponsored by CASS Institute of Law, CASS Institute of International Law and CASS Think Tank on Comprehensive Rule of Law and jointly organized by the Qianhai Base of CASS Think Tank on Comprehensive Rule of Law and the National Research Base of Foreign-related Rule of Law of CASS Institute of International Law and attended by experts and government officials from the First Circuit Tribunal of the Supreme People's Court, Guangdong Provincial Department of Justice, the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the CPC Committee of Shenzhen City, the Standing Committee of Shenzhen Municipal People's Congress, Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Justice, Shenzhen Law Society, the Authority of Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modern Service Industry Cooperation Zone, and Shenzhen International Arbitration Court, as well as scholars from Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Renmin University of China, Sun Yat-sen University, Southern University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen University, Chinese Institute of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong, Macau University, and Macau University of Science and Technology.

At the forum, participants gave presentations and carried out in-depth discussions on a wide range of issues around the construction of the rule of law in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area.
