At the seminar, presided over by Associate Professor Zhou Hui, deputy head of the Cyber and Information Law Department of CASS Institute of Law, the participants conducted in-depth discussions on the innovation and compliance of employment models in the home decoration industry, focusing on issues relating to ways by which the traditional home decoration industry can achieve transformation and upgrading with the help of employment model innovation against the background of the rapid development of the digital economy, with a view to providing thoughts on the development path of the industry.
At the end of the seminar, the participants reached the consensus that the innovation of the employment model in the home decoration industry is not only a law compliance issue, but also an important opportunity to promote the upgrading of the entire industry. By combining the home decoration industry with the Internet platform, the employment model will be transformed from a four-dimensional one to a three-dimensional one, and ultimately, a new win-win ecosystem for consumers, workers, and enterprises will be built.
