On August 18th, the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences held a special press conference in Beijing, with the theme of "Commemorating the 80th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japan and the World Anti-Fascist War", and released 11 major achievements in the research on related subjects. Mr. Zhao Rui, vice president of CASS, delivered a speech at the conference. The 11 major achievements released include 7 monographs, 3 theoretical articles, and 1 data platform. Among the 7 monographic major achievements is the book "Rediscovering the Tokyo Trial: Seeking the International Rule of Law for Peace and Justice", written by Dr. Xu Chi, an associate research fellow at CASS Institute of Law.
