An article titled “China’s Emerging Regulation towards an Open Future for AI: Legislation proposals seek to bring certainty, clarification, harmonization, and simplification” was published in Science, a top international academic journal, in Volume 390|Iusse 6769, on October 9, 2025. Dr. Zhou Hui, an associate research fellow and the deputy head of the Cyber and Information Law Department of CASS Institute of Law, is one of the joint corresponding authors of this article. The publication of this article represents one of the major research results achieved by CASS Institute of Law in the field of artificial intelligence.
