The Third Foreign-related Rule of Law Forum "Construction of Foreign-related Rule of Law and Dispute Settlement Mechanism", sponsored by the Institute of International Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, was successfully held in Shenzhen on October 26, 2025.

The forum was attended by experts and scholars from the Supreme People's Court, the Supreme People's Procuratorate, the Executive Committee of Hengqin Guangdong-Macao Cooperation Zone, the Political and Legal Commission of Beijing Fengtai District Committee of CPC, Shenzhen International Arbitration Court, Beijing Deheheng Law Firm, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Renmin University of China, Wuhan University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Sun Yat-sen University, Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, the Chinese Institute of Hong Kong, City University of Hong Kong and other scientific research institutions and universities. At the forum, participants gave presentations and carried out in-depth discussions on various issues relating to the construction of foreign-related legal systems and dispute settlement mechanisms, contributing wisdom to the promotion of high-level opening up and the improvement of the global governance system.
