The 2025 Annual Conference of the Constitutional Law Research Committee of the China Law Society and activities celebrating the 40th anniversary of the founding of the Research Committee were held in Guiyang on October 25-26, 2025. The conference and activities were jointly sponsored by the Constitutional Law Research Committee of China Law Society, Guizhou Law Society, and Guizhou Minzu University, jointly organized by the Law School of Guizhou Minzu University, Legal Education Research Committee of Guizhou Law Society, and the Constitutional Law and Jurisprudence Research Committee of Guizhou Law Society, and attended by experts and scholars from universities, scientific research institutions and practical departments across the country.

Professor Mo Jihong, member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, director of CASS Institute of Law, vice president of China Law Society, and executive vice president of the Constitutional Law Research Committee of China Law Society, presided over the opening ceremony.
The annual conference, which took "Comprehensive Deepening of the Reform and Full Implementation of the Constitution" as its theme, was divided into three parallel sub-forums with a total of nine units, in which participants discussed issues relating to the construction of independent knowledge system of China's constitutional law, reform and the rule of law, fundamental rights, constitutional supervision and recordation and review of laws, constitutional interpretation and constitutionality review, state governance and state integration, intra-Party regulations and discipline inspection and supervision, constitution and branch laws, and the digital age and the constitution.
