On October 26, 2025, CASS Institute of International Law released a series of research results on foreign-related rule of law at the Third Foreign-related Rule of Law Forum, focusing on five major categories of academic results, covering theoretical works, translation series, collections of papers, think tank reports and research reports, and providing important academic support for foreign-related rule of law research and institutional construction.

 

 

At the release conference, presided over by Professor Liu Huawen, director of CASS Institute of International Law, Professor Mo Jihong, member of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and director of CASS Institute of Law, released the Law-based Belt and Road Library and the Collected Papers on Contemporary International Law, Professor Sun Shiyan, a research fellow at CASS Institute of International Law, released the Commentary and Translation Series of International Human Rights Treaties, Professor Liu Xiaomei, head of the Research Coordination and International Cooperation Department of CASS Institute of International Law, released the book Theory and Practice of the Construction of Foreign-related Rule of Law System, Dr. Shen Qian, an assistant research fellow at CASS Institute of International Law, released Journal of Foreign-related Rule of Law (first issue, 2025), and Dr. Wang Huiru, an assistant research fellow at CASS Institute of Law, released the Report on the Development of Foreign-related Rule of Law in China (2024) (the Chinese-English bilingual version).
