The 14th CASS Legal Forum, organized by the Institute of Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, was successfully held in Beijing on November 6 -7, 2025. The forum, which took "Legal Reform in the Digital Age: China’s Practice and International Experience" as its theme, was attended by more than 40 experts and scholars from the US, the UK, Germany, Finland, Poland, Russia, Japan, and China.

 

 

 

At the forum, which was divided into six sessions, participants gave presentations and carried out discussions on a wide range of issues around the topics of “Building the Rule-of-Law Government in the Digital Age”, “Rights Protection and Legal Regulation in the Digital Economy”, “Digitalisation and Government Regulation”, “Digitalisation and Legal Scholarship”, “Digitalisation, Labour and Social Protection”, and “Digitalisation and Global Governance”.
