Recently, a delegation of CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law, headed by Professor Mo Jihong, director of CASS Institute of Law, visited Beijing DHH Law Firm Rus in Moscow to conduct academic exchanges and business discussions. The purpose of the visit is to deepen the practical cooperation between the Chinese and Russian legal circles and jointly discuss models and innovations of foreign-related legal services in the process of high-quality construction of the "Belt and Road".

 

 

During the visit, Professor Mo Jihong introduced the content of the Third and Fourth Plenary Sessions of the 20th CPC Central Committee and the proposals in the 15th Five-Year Plan on strengthening the construction of foreign-related rule of law and improving international commercial mediation, arbitration, litigation and other mechanisms, as well as the achievements made by CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law in theoretical research on foreign-related rule of law construction in recent years, and expressed the wish to cooperate with the law firm in personnel training, base construction, think tank exchanges, etc. Ms. Yuan Yi, director of Beijing DHH Law Firm Rus, gave the delegation a brief introduction to her law firm, pointing out that the legal team of the law firm is composed of lawyers from China and Russia, and their service scope covers many fields such as civil and commercial law, criminal law, administrative law, and company law. It not only undertakes some public welfare legal support activities, but also is committed to providing all-round professional legal services for Chinese enterprises in Russia.
