The 2025 Shangdi Forum on Intellectual Property was held in Beijing on November 22-23, 2025. The forum was sponsored by CASS Center for Intellectual Property Studies and the China Intellectual Property Training Center and attended by more than 80 experts and scholars from Beijing Higher People's Court, Tianjin Higher People's Court, Jiangsu Higher People's Court, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Tongji University, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Central University of Finance and Economics.

 

 

At the forum, which was divided into six sessions, participants delivered keynote speeches and carried out discussions on various topics around the theme of "Improvement of Scientific and Technological Innovation Ecosystem and Protection of Intellectual Property", including copyright law, trademark and anti-unfair competition law, and basic theory of intellectual property.
