The academic seminar on "Prevention and Control of New Corruption and Hidden Corruption" was held in Beijing on November 12, 2025. The seminar was sponsored by CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law, organized by the Department of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law of CASS Institute of Law with the assistance of the Key Discipline of Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision of the CASS Discipline Funding Program and the CASS Center for Cultural Law Studies, and attended by more than 30 experts and scholars from universities and research institutes such as the Party School of the CPC Central Committee (National Academy of Governance), China Institute of Disciplinary Inspection and Supervision, National College of Judges, Renmin University of China, Shandong University, China University of Political Science and Law, University of Science and Technology Beijing, Hainan University, Xiangtan University, Inner Mongolia University, Chengdu University of Technology and Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.

 

 

At the seminar, which was divided into three units, the participants carried out in-depth discussions on the new development of discipline construction of disciplinary inspection and supervision, put forward many constructive proposals, and provided positive academic and intellectual support for comprehensive and strict Party self-governance and construction a law-based China.
