The Seminar on Platform Personal Information Protection was held at CASS Institute of Law in Beijing on December 8, 2025. The seminar was sponsored by CASS Institute of Law, jointly organized by the Cyber and Information Law Department of the Institute, CASS center for Cultural Law Studies, and the Workshop of Professor Li Li (a member of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences), and attended by dozens of experts and scholars from universities, research institutions and enterprises, including Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Peking University, Renmin University of China, Central University of Finance and Economics, and China Mobile.

At the seminar, participants carried out in-depth discussions on the Platform Governance Code and the content framework of the Model Law on Platform Governance, jointly drafted by scholars from CASS Institute of Law and other universities, and put forward valuable opinions and suggestions on the code and the model law.
