The Exhibition of and Symposium on the Achievements of Digitalization of Shen Jiaben's Manuscripts, organized by the Law Library of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, was held at CASS Institute of Law on April 20, 2026. The event was attended by many top scholars in the field of Chinese legal history as well as the descendants of Mr. Shen Jiaben, who gathered together to witness the latest achievements in the digitalization of Shen Jiaben's manuscripts, and discuss the new paths to inheritance and dissemination of Chinese traditional excellent legal culture in the new era.

At the symposium, Professor Xu Chi, deputy head librarian of the CASS Law Library, and Mr. Xu Xiqian, general manager of the Marketing Center of Beijing Hanwang Digital Technology Co., Ltd., gave comprehensive introductions to the achievements and technical standards of digitalization of Shen Jiaben's manuscripts. More than ten experts gave speeches and conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as the contemporary value of Shen Jiaben's legal thought, the modern transformation of traditional legal resources, the review of and research on manuscripts and documents, and the inheritance and dissemination of the rule of law culture.
