The 2026 Working Conference of the Foreign-related Rule of Law Procuratorial Research Base of the Supreme People's Procuratorate and the Seminar on New Developments in Foreign-related Procuratorial Theory and Practice were successfully held in Beijing on April 27, 2026. The seminar was attended by nearly 30 experts and scholars from the Supreme People's Procuratorate, CASS Institute of Law, and CASS Institute of International Law.

At the seminar, Mr. Jin Ting, Director of the Legal Policy Research Office of the Supreme People's Procuratorate, Professor Liu Renwen and Professor Liu Jingdong, two leading experts in the Senior Expert Studio of CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law, Professor He Qingren, head of the Criminal Law Department of CASS Institute of Law, Professor Lu Yanbin, Head of the Department of Survey and Investigation of National Situation of the Rule of Law of CASS Institute of Law, Professor Li Qingming, head of the Private International Law Department of CASS Institute of International Law, as well as Professor Liu Xiaomei, Professor Dou Haiyang and Professor Sun Nanxiang each gave a keynote speech on key issues in foreign-related procuratorial theory and practice.
