Two Scholars from the CASS Institute of International Law attend the “China-Europe Seminar on Human Rights (2026)” in France


Two scholars from the CASS Institute of International Law, Professor Hao Luyi and Associate Professor Fu Panfeng, attended the "China-Europe Seminar on Human Rights (2026)" and visited the French Senate in Paris, France, on May 20-22, 2026. The seminar, which took “the Future of Human Rights under an Evolving International Order” as its theme, was co-hosted by the China Society for Human Rights Studies and the Academy of Overseas Sciences of France and attended by more than a hundred experts and scholars from China, about 20 European countries, and the United Nations.
At the seminar, Professor Hao Luyi delivered a keynote speech entitled "40 Years of the United Nations Declaration on the Right to Development: Empowering Climate Justice with the Right to Development" and Associate Professor Fu Panfeng gave a presentation on "China's Participation in International Investment Arbitration from the Perspective of Multilateralism".
