A research team of the Cultural Office of the Education, Science, Culture and Health Committee of the National People's Congress, headed by Mr. Chen Guogang, director of the Office, visited the CASS Institute of Law and the CASS Center for Cultural Law Studies on June 25, 2026.

During the visit, the research team held a symposium with researchers of the Institute and the Center on the construction of the cultural and legal system. Li Honglei, Joint Party Secretary of the CASS Institute of Law and the CASS Institute of International Law, attended the symposium. More than ten experts and scholars from the Institute of Law and the Institute of International Law conducted in-depth discussions on the current situation, key issues and improvement paths of cultural legal system construction.
