The 4th Youth Forum on Foreign-related Rule of Law, sponsored by the CASS Institute of International Law, was held at the Xinjiang Academy of Social Sciences in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, on the afternoon of June 23, 2026.

As a parallel forum to the 4th Forum on Foreign-related Rule of Law, the Youth Forum on Foreign-related Rule of Law served as a platform for young researchers in foreign-related rule of law to exchange ideas with other scholars and present their research findings. Drawing on foreign-related rule of law practice in border regions and focusing on cutting-edge theories of foreign-related rule of law, participants in the Youth Forum put forward a number of practical and forward-looking academic views, contributing their academic wisdom and strength to the long-term peace and stability of border regions and the country's high-level opening to the outside world.
