A delegation of the Hong Kong International Youth Legal Exchange Federation, led by Mr. Fan Kaijie, founding president of the Federation and a member of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, visited the CASS Institute of Law and the CASS Institute of International Law in Beijing on the afternoon of 1 July 2026.

During the visit, the delegation held a symposium with researchers in related fields at the two institutes. At the symposium, presided over by Professor Zhai Guoqiang, Secretary of the Joint Party Committee of the CASS Institute of Law and the CASS Institute of International Law, participants exchanged views on topics such as the arbitration system, the convergence of rules in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the foreign-related rule of law, international economic and trade rules, and the rule of law in the field of artificial intelligence.
