The seminar on the "Fengqiao Experience" and the construction of social governance and the legal system in the new era was held in Beijing on July 25, 2026.

The seminar was organized by the CASS Institute of Law and attended by about 50 experts, scholars, and practitioners from the China Law Society, Renmin University of China, Hong Kong University, Wuhan University, Tianjin University, People's Public Security University of China, East China University of Political Science and Law, Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Macau University of Science and Technology, Shenzhen University, Xiangtan University, Beijing Municipal Administration of Administrative Affairs and Data, the Research Committee on the Fengqiao Experience in the New Era of the Zhejiang Law Society, and the Yiwu Justice Bureau of Zhejiang Province.

At the seminar, the book Experts-Proposed Draft of the Mediation Code of the People's Republic of China and Its Explanations was launched.
