The 2026 Shangdi Seminar on Intellectual Property was held in Beijing on September 5, 2026.

The seminar, themed "Commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the Death of Professor Zheng Chengsi: Upholding the Right Path and Carrying out Innovation in Intellectual Property Law Research," was sponsored by the Center for Intellectual Property Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences with the assistance of the Beijing Law Society's Science and Technology Law Research Committee.

At the seminar, the participating scholars conducted in-depth discussions on topics such as "Basic Theories of Intellectual Property" and "New Trends and Development in Trial of Intellectual Property and Competition Disputes".
