The Second Forum on the Systematic and Theoretical Interpretation of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law: the Seminar on “Placing Greater Emphasis on the Synergy Between the Rule of Law and Reform, Development and Stability” was held in Beijing on October 11, 2026.

The seminar was jointly organized by the CASS Institute of Law, the CASS International Law, and China University of Political Science and Law, and attended by more than 40 experts and scholars from institutions including the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, the Party School of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (National Academy of Governance), China University of Political Science and Law, Renmin University of China, Jilin University, Peking University, Tsinghua University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, Southwest University of Political Science and Law, Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Beijing Normal University, Nankai University, and Central University of Finance and Economics.
