Professor Zheng Chengsi had participated in the drafting or revision of many Chinese laws and regulations, including the Copyright Law, the Patent Law, the Trademark Law, the Law on Trade Secret, the Anti-Unfair Competition Law, the Regulations on the Protection of Computer Software, and Regulations on the Protection of Folk Literature. He had participated as a legal advisor and expert in the China-US negotiation on intellectual property disputes; published 24 books and over 100 articles, both in China and abroad.
