Zhang Yurui, Research Fellow, CASS Law Institute; IPR Lawyer; Council Member, China Intellectual Property Society; Council Member, China Law Association on Science and Technology; member of Draft Group of Trade Secret Law under the Sate Economic and Trade Commission.

 


      Work Experience

After graduating from University in 1983, Mr. Zhang Yurui was employed by State Patent Office (the predecessor of State Intellectual Property Office) and had been an editor and journalist for China Invention and Patent, the first magazine published by the Office and the person in charge of the Domestic Department of China Patent News, the first newspaper published by the Office. He became researcher at the CASS Law Institute, specializing in IPR, in 1991. He has been a visiting scholar at the University of Washington and University of Tokyo.
