Li Honglei


 

 

Li Honglei, male, born in 1976, a native of Xuyi County, Jiangsu Province; deputy director of CASS Law Institute and head of the Constitutional and Administrative Law Department of CASS Law Institute; a research fellow and supervisor of post-doctoral researcher at CASS Law Institute; chief researcher of the CASS Innovation Project “Innovations in Administrative Rule of Law”; Professor and doctoral supervisor, Graduate School of University of CASS; and deputy director of CASS Center for Cultural Law Studies.

 

Main research fields: administrative legal dogmatics; comparative administrative law; administrative organic law and local institutions; and government regulation.
