Feng Jun


 

Feng Jun, doctor of law, professor of law with the CASS Institute of Law, also deputy general director of the CASS Institute and director of the CASS Center for Cultural Law. He's also vice chairman of the China Administrative Law Association.

 


Prof. Feng has been to the Faculty of Law of Leiden University in the Netherlands and the Faculty of Law of Lund University in Sweden as a visiting scholar and taught a MPA course to the postgraduates as a visiting professor in the Hong Kong Baptist University. His research fields cover administrative law, constitutional law and media law.


On the Balance Theory as the Basis of the Chinese Administrative Law Jurisprudence, Newly Research on the Administrative Penalty Law, Review of the State Compensation Law, 30 Years of Approaching to the Rule of Administrative Law in China, On Swedish Press Freedom and Open Information System, etc. are among Prof. Feng's major research works.
