Chen Jie


 

Chen Jie, female, is a native of Lianjian City, Fujian Province. She graduated from Peking University in 2002 with a Ph.D. degree in law and had been a post-doctoral researcher at the Law Institute of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences between 2002 and 2004. Currently she is an associate research fellow and deputy director of the Department of Commercial Law at the CASS Institute of Law. She is also a deputy-editor-in-chief of the journal Global Law Review

 

Her main fields of research are securities law, company law and trust law. Main publications include Tort Liability for Securities Fraud (monograph, Peking University Press, 2002); Legal Economic Analysis of the Securities-related Civil Compensation System (China Legal Publishing House, 2004); and Securities Law (Social Sciences Academic Press, 2006).
