This book is the result of the National Social Science Fund Project “Research on Litigation Practice in Song Dynasty”. Adhering to the basic position of Marxist jurisprudence and takingXi Jinping Thoughton Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era as the guide, it explains the important judgment of "carrying forward the fine traditional Chinese culture" and providesa historical mirror and theoretical support for the integrated construction of a law-based country, a law-based government and a law-based society in the contemporary era.
