Civil and Commercial Law Review is a collection of academic articles sponsored by the Civil Law Department of the Institute of Law, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and edited by Professor Liang Huixing and others. It is the earliest collection of legal academic articles founded in China (1994) and a source of the Chinese Social Science Citation Index (CSSCI). This latest Volume (vol. 76) consists of four columns, namely "Thematic Research", "Foreign Law Research", "Translated Articles" and "Legal Materials", with a total of 16 articles focusing on the civil law disposal of "haunted houses", payment risk, joint and several debts, and regulation of algorithmic risk.
