This book is a part of the "New Era Legal Education Book Series" launched by the Law School of the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. It is a summarization of and reflections on the existing theoretical research results of economic law as well as and a positive response to the practical problems of economic law at a time when the competition law, the fiscal and tax law, the financial law and other sub-branches laws are facing important reforms.
