XIE Zengyi: Labour Law in the Digital Age: Challenges and Responses, Beijing: Social Sciences Academic Press, May 2025.
"This book is the final result of the key National Social Sciences Fund project Labour Law in the Digital Age: Challenges and Responses, led by Professor Xie Zengyi. It analyzes in a comprehensive and in-depth way the challenges of digitalization faced by labor law and its response thereto, focusing on the protection of the rights and interests of workers in new employment forms, the reconstruction of the workers' rights system, and the transformation of labor law adjustment methods. On this basis, it puts forward systematic legislative suggestions. This book closely follows the cutting-edge issues of labor law, combines theory with cases, uses a large number of first-hand materials from both China and abroad to conduct comparative law research, and explores in a deep-going way the intersection and integration of labor law and digital law. As such, it is of great significance for deepening the basic labor law theory and improving the labor law system.
