This book is the final result of the major CASS national conditions research project  "Investigation on Campus Loan Issues and Their Control", led by Professor Xi Yuemin, a research fellow at CASS Institute of Law. Through detailed empirical research and investigation, it analyzes in a deep-going way the demand for and regulatory policies on campus loans in China, examines the actual operation and compliance status of campus loan network platforms, points out the important guiding value of judicial decisions in campus loans-related civil and criminal cases, and puts forward suggestions on the construction of a judiciary-dominated approach to diversified control of campus loans, thereby effectively responding to the reasonable concerns of teachers, students, parents and the public about campus loans and providing scientific theoretical guidance for the diversified, comprehensive, and collaborative control of campus loans in the era of digital economy.
