This book compiles the results of the CASS Arbitration Roundtables sponsored by the Institute of International Law of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, covering expert speeches from the first to the twelfth roundtables. Since its establishment in 2017, the CASS Arbitration Roundtable has always adhered to the principle of paying equal attention to academic research and practice, inviting arbitration professionals from different departments and fields to participate in discussions, and focusing on the revision of China's Arbitration Law, the construction of international commercial arbitration centers, and hot topics such as the connection between international commercial courts and arbitration, and technology-empowered arbitration, thus providing a high-level academic exchange platform for promoting the modernization and transformation of China's arbitration system and the enhancement of China’s international discourse power in the field of arbitration. By systematically reviewing the conference results, this book aims to achieve wide-area dissemination and in-depth sharing of expert insights in the field of arbitration, and contribute "Chinese wisdom" to the diversified construction of global commercial dispute resolution mechanisms.
