Guided by Marxist epistemology, this book seeks to analyze and solve problems by applying the cognitive law of sublimation, moving from practice to theory and back to practice. Through a comprehensive investigation of foreign and Chinese practices, it examines why it is necessary to clarify the status of international treaties in one country's legal system, how other countries handle the relationship between treaties and domestic law, what status international treaties actually hold in China's current legal system, and how China should regulate the relationship between treaties and domestic law.
