This book is the first academic yearbook focusing on the research and development of cyber and information law in China. It aims to reflect the basic situation of and important progress in cyber and information law research in China as comprehensively and objectively as possible, provide readers with a professional reference book covering a large amount of information and combining academic, knowledge and informational rigor, and "set a record" for the historical exploration of cyber and information law in China. This is the first volume of the yearbook, which combines historical review with annual overview. While reviewing and summarizing the development in the field in 2024, it systematically organizes and objectively presents representative academic achievements and legal accomplishments over the past thirty years.
