Two Research Results of CASS Law Institute Selected as Major Research Results of CASS Innovation Projects in 2020


 

 

 

The major research results of CASS innovation projects in 2020 were announced in a conference held in Beijing on December 24, 2020. In the year 2020, scholars at CASS have published over 400 monographs, about 300 research reports, over 5,000 academic articles, and close to 300 theoretical papers, and submitted more than 2,000 internal research reports to various government organs under CASS innovation projects. Besides, they have also published a large amount of research results in the form of academic materials, collations of ancient books, translated books and articles and reference books. From the above research results, 25 have been selected by the CASS as major research results of CASS Innovation Projects. They include two books published by CASS Law Institute: Commentaries of the Chinese Civil Code, edited by Professor Chen Su, Director of CASS Law Institute and a member of CASS Academic Committee, and Professor Sun Xianzhong, a research fellow at CASS Law Institute and a member of CASS Academic Committee, and Chinese Rule of Law Reform, written by Professor Li Lin, a research fellow at CASS Law Institute and a member of CASS Academic Committee.
