Recently, the winners of investigation reports on "trivial yet critical matters" of youth theoretical study groups of central and state organs were announced. The investigation report on "trivial yet critical matters" submitted by the Youth Theory Study Group of CASS Institute of Law and CASS Institute of International Law, entitled "Little Seals, Great Responsibilities - Investigation Report on the Prevention of Legal Risks Relating to the Use of Official Seals of Village Committees", won the second prize. The investigation was led by Luo Huanxin, an associate research fellow at CASS Institute of International Law, and carried out by Jiao Xupeng, Tan Guanfu, Lu Na and Li Dongsheng under the supervision and guidance of Professor Xie Zengyi, a deputy director of CASS Institute of Law.
