Recently, Professor Sun Xianzhong, a research fellow at CASS Institute of Law, a member of the Academic Board of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, and a deputy to the National People’s Congress, was interviewed by the CCTV program “Frontline”. In the interview, he discussed such issues as the legislative plan for the Law on the Registration of Immovables, the significance of amending the Company Law, and the implementation of proposals and suggestions made by deputies to the National People’s Congress.
