Professor Ma Xiangcong, an honorary member of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, a research fellow and doctoral supervisor at CASS Institute of Law, a former vice president of the Environmental Law and Resources Law Research Committee of China Law Society, and a famous jurist in China, died in Beijing at 4 am on April 6, 2024 at the age of 90.
